Wayne has worked for Tennessee Homeless Solutions since 2008. Mr. Snelling has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Psychology, and Hispanic Culture with an emphasis on Theology, and a graduate degree in Non-profit Management. Prior to working at Tennessee Homeless Solutions, Wayne Snelling was the lead Case Manager for the Continuous Treatment Team at a Mental Health Organization in West Tennessee. Mr. Snelling has three additional years of experience working for the Department of Mental Health on various statewide initiatives.

Mr. Snelling has been working with the homeless population for 12 years, and has assisted in bringing over 30 million dollars of Federal and State money to West Tennessee.

Program Support Assistant

Jo Ann and her husband Roger have been married for 32 years and live in Crockett County. Jo Ann joined our staff at THS in September 2014 as our Program Support Assistant in the Dyersburg office. She assists the Case Management team in our Support Service for Veterans Families Program.


SSVF Program Coordinator

Mike joined the THS team in early 2014 as a Case Worker for our SSVF program. He began working in Social Work 15 years ago and since that time has directly assisted thousands of homeless individuals and families throughout West Tennessee.  As one of the only members of our staff who have been homeless he offers a dynamic perspective to our program. Mike fully believes in THS's mission of ending homelessness in West TN and is dedicated to seeing that mission come to fruition.

HMIS Specialist/SHP Coordinator

Amy, a Dyersburg, TN resident began with Tennessee Homeless Solutions in December of 2014.  Prior to her current position she was the Executive Director to an agency in her local area since 2006.  Amy also serves her local community as a member of the Dyersburg Salvation Army and the Dyersburg Civitan Club. 

Homeless Hotline operator/Financial Specialist

She began working for Tennessee Homeless Solutions in October of 2009. She has a Business Administration degree and has over 50 years of experience in Business Administration and Accounting.

SSVF Program Coordinator

Sherry was born in St. Louis, MO and moved to Dyer County at the age of twelve, where she is currently living with her husband. Sherry has been in the Social Service field for 16 years. She joined the THS staff in 2012 and is now our Program Manager for the SSVF program. Sherry states that her goal is to provide excellent service to our Veterans who have risked their lives for our country.

Office Manager, Hotline Operator

Wendy was born and raised in Wildersville TN. She attended Union University and Jackson State Community College. She has two daughters Emmy Pearl age 12 and Abby Grace age 17. They are her pride and joy and they also keep her very busy and constantly on the go. Wendy is currently enjoying her position as Office Manager/Hotline Operator at Tennessee Homeless Solutions in Lexington TN. Her hobbies include anything her daughters are currently active in, craft projects, being outside, singing, dancing and 4 wheeler riding.

Lindsey was born and raised in Westport, TN. She attended West Tennessee Business College, Jackson State Community College, and Grand Canyon University. She has two sons and one daughter who occupy most of her time. Lindsey enjoys riding horses and helping others in her leisure time. Lindsey joined THS in March 2017 as an ESG Outreach Worker for our ESG program. Lindsey is excited to be a part of our team to end homelessness in West Tennessee.
